Annette O'Toole was raised in Houston, Texas at the dance studio of her mother. The first time she appeared on TV was when she was just two, as a kid on the Don Mahoney Trooper Show. The mother of her daughter were ten years of singing and dancing lessons to her credit, traveled to Los Angeles for a full year at the age of 13 to test out how she was capable of making a living in showbiz.
